Consultation is not a coaching session. During the consultation, you will talk about the issue you would like to address with coaching;
I will explain what professional coaching is and how the work is structured;
We will discuss whether coaching is a suitable solution for your situation. If yes, how exactly coaching can help. If not, what would be the best solution for you (possibly finding a consultant, trainer, or mentor).
We will check how easily our communication goes, whether open and trusting relationships arise between us - the foundation of successful coaching relationships.
You will ask any questions you are interested in.

The coaching process for achieving results includes the following actions:

  • Identifying the questions you want to address through coaching, discussing the current situation (what is happening now, what the challenge is, what needs to be improved).

  • Conducting a strategic session and creating an ideal "vision" of the desired outcome.

  • Assessing where the client is currently in relation to their vision.

  • Obtaining objective information about the competencies that need to be improved.

  • Conducting individual coaching sessions to help the client implement their development plan.

  • Creating an action plan between sessions.

  • Discussing interim results and deciding if anything needs to be changed to improve or accelerate the achievement of the result.

  • Conducting individual sessions and working with the plan until the agreement is fulfilled or the set goals are achieved.

  • Summarizing and creating a supportive plan for the future so that the changes made become a part of the client's life.
