Where we begin

Before entering a coaching relationship, we meet for a 40-minute introductory session (online or in person). This is a space for mutual discovery — for you to explore whether this format and partnership feels right.

During this session:

  • We explore your current context and the outcomes you’re seeking.
     

  • We check whether your request aligns with a coaching approach — and if not, I’ll offer other suggestions.
     

  • I’ll explain what coaching is (and isn’t), what it can offer, and how our work might be structured.
     

  • You’ll have time to ask your questions, reflect, and take the space you need to make a decision.
     

  • I’ll share a bit about myself, my background, and the principles I work by.
     

You’ll receive a short document outlining what we discussed, including our agreements and potential next steps.

Format & Structure

Coaching is always tailored. The structure depends on your context, rhythm, and goals.

We may start with a focused short-term engagement (5–10 sessions) or establish a long-term thinking partnership.

Sessions last between 30 and 90 minutes — depending on your pace, depth of topic, and current capacity.
